All plans renew automatically every 30 days, billed in USD per workspace.

Every plan is a complete workspace: your topics, your sources, research-backed drafts, review before anything is published, and publishing to LinkedIn on your approval. The tiers differ in who works in the workspace and what it can produce.

All financial transactions are handled through our partner platform. Select a service tier and complete your purchase in their secure web portal. Your workspace activates immediately after payment is confirmed.

Renewal, Grace Period

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. New Individual and Business subscriptions include a 5-day grace period: your workspace activates as soon as checkout completes, and the first billing cycle begins when the grace period ends. Individual Plus and Business Plus begin billing at checkout.

If a renewal payment cannot be completed, your workspace keeps access for a short time while payment is retried. Accepted currency: USD.

Refund, Dispute Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Market Intelligence. Because we sell access to a digital software service and not physical goods, the following terms apply. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the charge at accountadmin@majikl.com and we will review it promptly. Where a billing error is ours, we refund it. Partial billing periods are not refunded when you cancel; your access continues to the end of the paid period.

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we will provide the issuer with records of the subscription and its use. We would rather resolve it with you directly first.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your workspace keeps access until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges occur after that. To cancel, contact accountadmin@majikl.com from the email on the account.
